Death Note One Shot and Questions

I knew about this news a long time ago, but since I’m on vacation in a third world country and the internet is slow as hell, I decided to forget about this news and let it slide. But, it’s pretty old news - 2 weeks old, but I’ll post it anyways. After literally getting at least 20 emails about the subject, I have decided to post something about.
There was a one-shot published in Shueisha Weekly Jump on February 11th. It basically has a color insert and something about a new Kira. I haven’t read it myself since my internet is too slow, but here is the forum post and here is a link to mangahelpers where you can download the scanslation/raw. To answer the various questions, that’s all that was said about this subject. To answer various questions: i havent seen any confirmed news about anime restarting or the series restarting. So until that’s confirmed I’m not posting anything about it. This is just a one-shot.
