This time, it’s much more simple and clean cut. I am going to be busy on vacation so I wanted it pretty simple. So, if anyone is left alive out there. Please look at the information:

Regarding the 3rd movie, there is supposed to be a novel form of it released. The link to this can be found here
Since this is sort of Death Note related, there was some plagarism by a manga called Megabaka, as related by animenewsnetwork
“In Friday, manga publisher Kodansha Inc. issued an apology for the alleged plagiarism of the popular Death Note manga that appeared in the January 11 issue (released on December 12) of Weekly Shonen Magazine Extra: Magazine Dragon.
According to Kodansha, the manga Megabaka by Naka Gomura was flagged after its release by readers. Those readers noticed that the manga included some images similar to those found in popular manga such as Death Note, Air Gear, and MPD-Psycho. After Kodansha representatives ruled that a large portion of Megabaka contained plagiarized images, Gomura admitted to the acts, and an apology was issued. “

New News Page

So as you see, this is the new news page. All Death Note news, and site related updates will be posted here from now on. All admins I will be emailing you shortly with the login information for this new system. Im hoping that with wordpress we won’t have the same old problems of comments deletion. All old comments have to be added one by one into the system so it will be taking a lot of time to do that, I dont know when Ill finish. So until then please wait patiently :).
ALL OLD NEWS since the opening of the site has been added here, so you search through the news and all that. Only comments are missing at this moment.
Oh and I hope you guys like this new and simple layout, I made it in like 10 minutes, but it’s simplicity might be good for a new skin on the fansite as well. Im going to include the news page via rss hopefully into the fansite so you will be able to see the news there too, but comments and redirections will be here of course ^^

Taking a Poll about this news page

So basically, I need to take a quick poll from those of you who visit the news page. I am gonna either keep it in correspondance with this site, or split it into its own subdomain. If its in its own subdomain it will load about 90% times faster, easier to access, and so people looking for death note info wont be slowing down the loading speeds, as you can see, this site is MAJORLY lagging to a point where Im majorly annoyed too, so basically its this:
a) Do you want the news/updates to remain on the main fansite site so you have the sidemenu and can navigate everything at once
b) You want to move it to its own subdomain: news.deathgod.org, and have it go super fast loading speeds and basically Ill just link back to the fansite version whenever something new comes out.
