That must be old, because I've already read the chapter that follows that colored page @ onemanga.com All it is is a one-shot chapter 3 years later about a new guy getting a Death Note and trying to be a new Kira, but Near scares him too much and he kills himself. That's all. No new series or anything, though the last words in the manga (main series) give a hint to a sequel...
